北单比分奖金总额:Three ways to cool steel bricks
Usually we need to cool the cast steel bricks in the production process, because it can be more conducive to our use. We all know that no matter what kind of work is done, it is all about methods. The cooling of the poured steel bricks is also the same. The specific method, the following article is introduced for everyone.
1, with furnace cooling
When the heat preservation is finished, the power supply can be cut off to allow the cast steel brick to cool naturally. When it is lowered to about 200 degrees, the furnace can be opened. Such an operation is simple and convenient, and the labor intensity is low. It is a commonly used method for pouring steel bricks which are generally not required to have special requirements, especially for steel casting bricks produced by small kiln furnaces. For large kiln, the heat capacity is too large, and the natural heat dissipation process is slow. In order to shorten the production cycle, measures for ventilation and heat dissipation must be taken.
2, quenching and quenching
The use of such a cooling method is due to the requirements of the structure and performance of the cast steel. According to needs and possibilities, it can be quenched in water, quenched in oil, quenched with inorganic powder such as asbestos, blasted or quenched.
